• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 14 days of delivery. Please follow the same conditions as our refund policy.

To request an exchange:

2. Prepare your return package with the original item
3. Drop off the package at the agreed location
4. Once received and inspected, we'll ship your new item
